Bob’s expertise and knowledge in many areas gives him a comprehensive understanding of local and national building codes and regulations, ensuring that every building he inspects is safe, operational, and in acceptable condition for his clients.

Michael Coletta is a highly skilled licensed Home Inspector and has worked in the HVAC industry as well as oil tank removal and remediation, bringing a unique skill set to Coletta Property Inspections.

Before co-founding the company, Michael served in the United States Marine Corps where he learned attention to detail and dedication to excellence. These values have carried over into work as a home inspector ensuring that every client receives the highest level of service and expertise.
